I have always loved to build. As far back as I can remember I was experimenting with ways to join things together. It didn’t matter what materials I had either. There has always existed in me the craving to make things and find joy in the finished product. Taking my God given talents and building is extremely gratifying. That is the abbreviated story of my passion to build, but there is a bit more to my story.

Combined with my love to build is a strong sense of invention. While I cannot be credited with any life changing unique products, I love the building without rules or at least building without a perfect blueprint. Building by eye, or deviating midstream for the sake of the end product, is exciting.

But that part of my brain doesn’t always rule. I battle with my sense of order and perfection. I like routine and I do follow plans and instructions. You see, this is the part of me that gets things done. It is the part of me that is responsible for number crunching and math, taxes and budgets.

So you might say I am a tasty bag of trail mix, you know the kind with the sweets, the salty, the healthy, and the chewy. I’m a builder, do-er, and dreamer.

I love my God, I love my wife, and I love my kids. I am blessed immeasurably and living a dream.
